Am so happy I found Albert J Wagner and Son. They recently installed a new copper skylight on our 100+ yr old 3-flat building. What a creation, very pretty, perfectly installed giving our stairwell a whole new life. Install was seamless, everything was left clean and tidy. Albert J Wagner and Son repaired/painted the metal sheet work on our 130 year old building's bay windows and also fabricated new metal to cover additional bay windows that were originally wood. Their team was great to work with and we are happy with the results. We received several quotes and they struck the perfect balance between price and quality. The original bay windows were leaking and in horrible condition, but we have not had any issues since. Robert was on time and quick to provide us a quote. Robin in the office was always responsive and kept us updated on scheduling. Jerry did the work and was very attentive to details, was always happy to explain the progress and is generally a very nice person that we enjoyed chatting with. Would not hesitate to use Albert J Wagner and Son on future projects.

Wagner and Sons refurbished our cornice and gutter, redid our roof and installed new downspouts. They did such a great job. I really didn’t know that our 110 yr old cornice could look like new.

We love our new mansard slate roof and cornice, which replaced the 110-year old one on our two-flat in Chicago's historic Logan Square neighborhood. Jerry of AJW did a terrific job, and the cost was worth it considering how very long slate lasts -- a century. judging by experience from our previous mansard roof. The restored roof and copper cornice adds a great deal of curb appeal for our home.

Dennis, the crew supervisor, was extremely knowledgeable about the copper gutters on my 1906 vintage building. He and his crew did an excellent job making my sagging gutters functional again.
